Observation

A staff member stated she was concerned she might have been the cause of a child's bruising on the arms due to a recent time she had grabbed the child. She went so far as to place her hand/fingers against the bruises to see if they matched. While it does not appear she was the cause of the bruising, her actions and statements indicate more likely than not that her interactions with the child violated WAC for inappropriate interactions. ??
